About the Role:
USA WINZONS is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, speed, and consistency while handling sensitive data and ensuring high-quality output. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct where necessary
- Ensure confidentiality and data integrity
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Perform routine data quality audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent typing speed and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Basic knowledge of data entry tools and CRM systems a plus
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred but not required
