About the Role:
USA WINZONS is actively seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales operations in the plastics sector. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving strategic sales growth, building key customer relationships, and developing a high-performing sales team within the plastics manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the plastics vertical
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and product expansion strategies
- Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team across regions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, and R&D teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of proven sales leadership experience in the plastics, polymers, or manufacturing industry
- Deep knowledge of plastic products, supply chains, and end-use markets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required
