About the Role:
USA WINZONS is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the dedicated healthcare team at Park Vista by Bonaventure. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents by providing excellent patient care in a supportive and dynamic environment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care and ensuring the well-being of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessments, care plans, and medication management
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and report changes in health status
- Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and families to develop and implement care plans
- Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
- Assist with the training and supervision of nursing assistants and other team members
- Offer emotional support to residents and their families during challenging times
Required Skills & Experience:
- Current RN license in the state of employment
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and nursing software
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
