Role Overview:
As a Senior IT Scrum Leader/Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering enterprise-level IT projects on time and within scope. You’ll lead cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and ensure all Scrum ceremonies and best practices are effectively implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple Scrum teams and manage enterprise-level IT projects from initiation to closure
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coordinate project scope, timelines, resources, and budget with stakeholders
- Resolve project issues, manage risks, and ensure timely deliverables
- Act as liaison between technical teams and business units
- Monitor KPIs and provide reports to executive leadership on project performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of IT project management experience
- 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Project Management role
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) highly preferred
- Proven experience managing complex software development projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
