About the Role:
USA WINZONS is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager specializing in People Analytics to lead the development and implementation of innovative data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OneModel, Tableau, and data analysis, with a deep understanding of human resources metrics and performance analytics. You will drive product strategy, work cross-functionally with HR and engineering teams, and deliver insights that help organizations optimize their workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for People Analytics solutions using OneModel and Tableau
- Work closely with HR, business stakeholders, and data engineers to define product requirements and deliver actionable data insights
- Drive product development cycles from ideation to launch, ensuring solutions meet customer needs and organizational goals
- Use data analysis techniques to derive actionable insights that improve decision-making and workforce management
- Design and implement reporting tools and dashboards to visualize HR data and metrics effectively
- Analyze workforce trends, employee engagement, turnover rates, and other HR-related data to support business decisions
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product objectives
- Continuously evaluate industry trends, new tools, and technologies to enhance product capabilities
- Ensure products comply with privacy regulations and ethical data handling standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in people analytics or HR tech
- Expertise with OneModel, Tableau, and other analytics or business intelligence tools
- Strong data analysis skills and experience working with large HR datasets
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, employee engagement tools, and workforce management platforms
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, HR Analytics, Business Analytics)
- Experience in HRIS system integrations or similar data solutions
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and predictive analytics in HR
- Certification in Product Management or Data Analytics
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus
