About the Role:
USA WINZONS is currently hiring a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Faculty Team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, academic-oriented environment and excels at managing complex calendars, sensitive communications, and administrative logistics with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to faculty leadership
- Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics
- Coordinate faculty meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Assist in the creation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage communications, including email correspondence and scheduling with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in organizing academic events, seminars, and workshops
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with integrity
- Track deadlines, academic cycles, and other project milestones
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration or education sector
- 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or academic support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools like Zoom or Google Calendar
- Experience in academic, research, or higher education environments preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
- High level of discretion and professionalism
