USA WINZONS is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our dynamic finance team. This remote role will support the company’s financial planning and analysis efforts, helping to guide strategic decision-making across the organization.

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business forecasts and long-term planning
• Analyze trends in key financial metrics and provide actionable insights
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports including variance analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
• Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives
• Identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
• Assist with ad hoc financial projects and executive presentations

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar financial role
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency with financial software (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Oracle, or similar tools)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced work environment
