As an Oracle HCM Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Oracle HCM solutions to meet our clients’ needs. Your role will focus on working with various Oracle HCM modules, including core HR, payroll, performance management, and recruitment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimize the user experience for clients utilizing Oracle HCM.

• Develop, customize, and configure Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, and Recruitment.
• Work with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into HCM solutions.
• Implement integration solutions between Oracle HCM and other systems using Web Services, REST, or SOAP.
• Create and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytics in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Perform data migration and ensure accurate data handling between systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM.
• Provide technical support to users and assist in the training of internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle HCM solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Oracle HCM Cloud.

• Proven experience in Oracle HCM development and customization.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.).
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM integrations (Web Services, REST APIs).
• Expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience in configuring and deploying Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Familiarity with HCM Cloud Data Migration and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.
• Oracle HCM certifications are a plus.
