• Respond promptly to customer queries via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide accurate product or service information to customers.
• Resolve issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.

• 1+ year of experience in customer support or call center roles.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Comfortable working US business hours (EST or PST).

• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
