We’re currently hiring an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a growing insurance client partner. This remote position offers the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Position Summary:

As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building long-term client relationships and ensuring that their insurance coverage aligns with their business needs. You will work closely with producers, underwriters, and clients to manage renewals, policy changes, and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and service a book of commercial insurance clients, ensuring coverage needs are met.
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers on quotes, endorsements, renewals, and policy issuance.
  • Analyze and present coverage options tailored to clients’ risk profiles.
  • Provide responsive support for policy questions, billing issues, and claims assistance.
  • Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met accurately and timely.
  • Maintain strong relationships with underwriters and other carrier contacts.
  • Use insurance software (AMS, Applied Epic, or similar) to manage client information and workflows.
  • Collaborate with producers and account executives to support business retention and growth.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial lines account management (insurance industry).
  • Property & Casualty insurance license required.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies (GL, WC, Auto, Umbrella, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using agency management systems.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
