As the FLEX Digital Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the success of digital programs that enhance our client’s digital transformation. You will manage a team of professionals, collaborate with various stakeholders, and ensure that digital initiatives align with business goals. • Lead and manage the FLEX Digital program, ensuring successful delivery of digital transformation projects.
• Develop and execute digital strategies that align with client goals, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technology, and product management, to implement digital initiatives.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital programs, from concept through to delivery and optimization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and project success.
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of digital programs and adjust strategies as necessary to drive results.
• Ensure that all digital initiatives comply with industry standards and best practices in terms of quality, security, and performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience as a Digital Program Director or in a similar leadership role, with at least 5+ years of experience in digital program management.
• Strong expertise in digital transformation and managing large-scale digital projects.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and KPIs to optimize digital strategies and deliver results.
• Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, including project management software, analytics tools, and content management systems.
