As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with different departments to coordinate tasks, resources, and timelines. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to solve problems, and a passion for driving results in a remote work environment.

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring project goals are achieved.
• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress and make adjustments as necessary to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Facilitate meetings and collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Drive project performance and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• PMP or similar project management certification (preferred, but not required).
