Position Overview:

As an Entry-Level Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers, answering inquiries, and promoting products/services to potential clients. You will work closely with our sales team to build relationships and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for helping others and an interest in sales and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat support.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information.
  • Promote and upsell products/services based on customer needs.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and KPIs.
  • Continuously learn about new products, services, and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service and sales processes.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 0–1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field (internship experience is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM software).
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
