Position Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be a key player in driving the growth of USA WINZONS by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate leads and build relationships that turn into sales. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and reaching out to potential clients.
  • Qualify inbound leads and make outbound calls/emails to engage with new leads.
  • Schedule meetings and demonstrations for senior sales staff.
  • Research and identify new prospects using various sales tools and techniques.
  • Maintain a detailed database of prospects, outreach, and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and messaging.
  • Track and report on all activities using the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with prospects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role (internship experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for achieving sales goals.
