Position Overview:

As a BDR II at USA WINZONS, you will be a key player in our sales pipeline. You’ll identify potential business opportunities, build strong relationships with prospects, and support our senior sales executives by setting qualified appointments. This is a remote role ideal for driven professionals who love connecting with people and generating new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively research, identify, and engage prospective clients through various outreach methods (calls, emails, social media).
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine potential fit and interest.
  • Set up discovery calls and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting.
  • Stay current on industry trends, company products, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role (preferably in a B2B environment).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
  • Self-starter with a high degree of motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Resilient, positive attitude with a passion for helping businesses solve problems.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and be available during standard U.S. business hours.
