About the Role:
As a New Customer Acquisition Representative I, you will be responsible for driving new business and acquiring new customers through outreach efforts and engaging in various sales strategies. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close sales. If you’re a self-driven, results-oriented individual with a passion for customer acquisition, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Customer Outreach: Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels (phone, email, networking, etc.).
  • Lead Generation: Research and qualify potential leads to build a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Sales Presentation: Effectively present products and services to prospective customers, showcasing the value and benefits of partnering with USA WINZONS.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and strong customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details, ultimately closing new customer deals and achieving sales goals.
  • Customer Education: Provide prospective customers with clear and concise information about our services, answering any questions and addressing concerns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of customer acquisition strategies and company goals.
  • CRM Management: Accurately track all leads, interactions, and customer details in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, providing valuable insights to improve customer acquisition strategies.
  • Sales Reporting: Report on sales performance and new customer acquisitions, tracking progress against targets and contributing to sales forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.
  • Proven ability to work independently, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple prospects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams to drive results.
