About the Role:
As a Retail Associate at USA WINZONS, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining the store environment, and contributing to the overall success of the retail operation. You will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized. This part-time position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering product information and recommendations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment, including shelves, displays, and stockroom areas.
- Assist in receiving and organizing merchandise shipments, ensuring proper stock levels.

- Help with inventory management, including stock counts and inventory updates.
- Assist in maintaining store security by following company policies and procedures.

- Participate in training and development to stay up to date on product knowledge and retail best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a positive, approachable manner.
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including stocking and organizing merchandise.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
