About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at USA WINZONS, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments with the sales team. Your goal will be to help drive growth by identifying opportunities, fostering relationships, and assisting in the sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify new leads through outreach efforts, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement.
  • Identify and engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs and introduce USA WINZONS’ products and services.
  • Schedule appointments and product demos for the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to the sales process.
  • Maintain detailed records of all outreach activities in CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of leads and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and a consistent approach to lead generation and sales outreach.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to effectively position USA WINZONS’ offerings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients, fostering trust and engagement.
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for outreach, appointments, and lead generation.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on messaging and content effectiveness, helping to improve lead generation efforts.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and performance reviews to continuously improve your sales skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or related field (B2B sales experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • A passion for sales, business development, and customer success.
