About the Role:
As a Senior Staff, OEM Partnerships, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with OEM partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, marketing, and product management, to build and execute strategies that enhance our partnerships and ensure long-term success. Your role will be pivotal in driving business development efforts, maximizing value from OEM relationships, and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with key OEM partners to drive mutual business growth and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) to align OEM solutions with client needs and business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential OEM partners to expand our market presence.
- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and partnership agreements with OEMs to ensure favorable terms and business outcomes.
- Work with OEM partners to integrate their products and solutions into our offerings, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of OEM partnerships, providing regular updates to stakeholders and recommending adjustments to improve results.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting best practices in OEM relationship management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent USA WINZONS and strengthen our network within the OEM ecosystem.
- Manage the lifecycle of OEM partnerships, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in OEM partnerships, business development, or a related role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of OEM ecosystems, technology solutions, and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with experience drafting and managing partnership agreements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve business objectives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with CRM tools and partner management platforms.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify new partnership opportunities and drive business growth.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage multiple priorities.
