About the Role:
As the Analytics Manager (Conversion Rate Optimization), you will be responsible for leading our conversion optimization efforts, analyzing user behavior, and implementing data-driven strategies to improve the conversion rates across our platforms. You will play a key role in leveraging analytics tools to extract actionable insights and optimize website and user experience to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage conversion rate optimization (CRO) projects to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates on digital platforms.
- Analyze user behavior, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to optimize the customer journey across websites and landing pages.
- Use A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other testing methodologies to experiment with website elements and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conversion rates, bounce rates, user engagement, and overall site performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing, etc.) to implement changes and optimizations based on analytical insights.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of customer journeys, segmenting users based on behavior, demographics, and other key factors.
- Generate reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to support business decision-making.
- Stay current with industry trends, conversion rate optimization best practices, and new technologies to keep our optimization strategies ahead of the curve.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a data-driven culture within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), digital analytics, or a related role.
- Proven experience using tools like Google Analytics, Optimizely, Hotjar, VWO, or similar for analyzing user behavior and optimizing conversions.
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing, user segmentation, and data analysis techniques.
- Experience working with e-commerce or lead generation websites is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
