About the Role:
As a Sr. Epic Application Analyst at USA WINZONS, you will play a key role in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Epic software applications. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth operation of Epic systems, driving efficiency and enhancing the overall user experience. You will provide technical expertise and support across multiple Epic modules, ensuring that the system is functioning optimally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, test, and implement Epic applications to meet client requirements.
- Provide ongoing support for Epic applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system maintenance.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to optimize workflows and improve system performance.
- Conduct system analysis, gather requirements, and recommend improvements to enhance application performance.
- Assist with the integration of Epic applications with other healthcare technologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Epic applications, configurations, and workflows.
- Participate in training sessions to educate end-users on Epic systems and best practices.
- Stay updated on new Epic functionalities, upgrades, and healthcare industry trends to ensure continuous system improvement.
- Support the development of Epic application strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Epic application analysis and support.
- Strong knowledge of Epic modules (e.g., Epic Ambulatory, Epic Inpatient, Epic ADT, etc.).
- Experience with Epic implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Ability to configure, test, and deploy Epic systems in a healthcare environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Certification in one or more Epic modules is preferred (e.g., Epic Ambulatory, Epic Inpatient, etc.).
- Experience with healthcare IT systems and workflows is a plus.
