About the Role:
As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and nurturing relationships with our partners to drive sales growth. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities, optimize partner performance, and ensure the successful execution of sales strategies. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, establish, and manage relationships with strategic partners to drive sales and business growth.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners to expand reach and revenue.
- Collaborate with partners to create joint sales opportunities and drive successful outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
- Provide ongoing training and support to partners, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners to maximize mutual benefits.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer support) to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
- Track market trends and competitive activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partner management, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of building successful partner relationships and driving sales growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and partner management tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the SaaS, technology, or software industry.
- Knowledge of channel sales and partner ecosystems.
- Familiarity with marketing and promotional campaigns aimed at partners.
- Ability to travel for in-person meetings with key partners (when necessary).
