About the Role:
As a Spanish Bilingual Outbound CSR, you will make outbound calls to customers, providing them with information, resolving inquiries, and promoting services as needed. This is a project-based role, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and can deliver excellent customer interactions in both Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers, following up on inquiries, promotions, or service needs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of all conversations and customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team leaders to continuously improve call scripts and communication strategies.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on every call.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish and English (both verbal and written).
• Previous experience in outbound customer service, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
• Must be based in the Philippines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using CRM systems and call center software.
• Background in project-based or temporary assignments.
