About the Role:
As a Field Service Engineer specializing in Warranty and Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for on-site product support, troubleshooting, warranty assessments, and feedback collection for continuous product improvement. You’ll act as the bridge between customers and our engineering teams, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and product quality is consistently enhanced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support, repairs, and maintenance for products under warranty.
  • Investigate warranty claims, diagnose issues, and determine the root cause of product failures.
  • Document and report product performance data, field issues, and customer feedback to quality and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that improve product quality and reduce warranty claims.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients and internal staff on proper product use and maintenance.
  • Ensure timely processing of warranty claims and maintain detailed service records.
  • Travel to client locations as needed to provide service and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a field service engineering role.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and data reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively based on project needs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with warranty administration and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, ISO standards, or similar quality frameworks.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and service management software.
