About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Vice President of Learning to lead the development and execution of our company’s learning and development initiatives. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for building strategies that enhance employee growth, strengthen organizational capabilities, and support business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive learning and development programs.
- Lead a team of L&D professionals, ensuring effective delivery of all training initiatives.
- Align learning strategies with company goals and evolving business needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning across all departments.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and partnerships for external learning platforms.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify training gaps and career development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, including leadership roles.
- Strong strategic thinking, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience managing remote teams and global learning initiatives is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of modern learning technologies and platforms (e-learning, LMS, AI-based tools).
- Expertise in instructional design, coaching, and leadership development.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
