Are you passionate about working with teens and helping them grow into confident, capable young adults? Weβre seeking a committed and creative Teen Program Specialist to design and deliver engaging programs that empower youth through leadership, education, and life skills.

What Youβll Do:
- Plan, coordinate, and lead teen-focused programs and workshops
- Create safe, inclusive, and supportive spaces for youth development
- Mentor teens through group discussions, one-on-one support, and activities
- Facilitate academic help, career readiness, arts, and wellness programming
- Monitor program outcomes, attendance, and behavior
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners

Who You Are:
- Enthusiastic about teen empowerment and mentorship
- At least 2 years of experience working with youth (teens preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Able to design interactive and engaging learning experiences
- Comfortable managing group dynamics and encouraging participation
- Background in education, social work, recreation, or related field preferred
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

- Hourly Rate: $18β$25/hour (based on experience)
- Flexible part-time or full-time hours
- Some evening or weekend availability may be required
- Paid training and professional development offered
