Regal Teen Center is seeking passionate, energetic, and supportive individuals to join our team as Youth Development Associates. This role is all about connecting with teens, leading activities, and creating a space where youth feel seen, heard, and supported.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support recreational, educational, and social programs
- Mentor teens ages 13–18 through positive interactions
- Assist with planning and running workshops, game nights, and events
- Help maintain a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment
- Track attendance and support light data entry or reporting

Who We’re Looking For:
- Aged 18+ with experience working or volunteering with teens
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Creative, dependable, and enthusiastic about youth empowerment
- Available during after-school hours and occasional weekends
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)
