You’ll assist Recreation Leaders in planning, supervising, and running teen-centered programs such as sports, arts, events, and workshops. This is a perfect opportunity for individuals interested in youth work, education, or recreation.

• Support staff in organizing recreational activities and special teen events
• Assist with setup, supervision, and breakdown of programs
• Help maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment for all teens
• Track participation and assist with light data entry or attendance logs
• Be a positive role model and mentor to participants

• Ages 16+ with an interest in working with youth
• Reliable, friendly, and team-oriented
• Comfortable leading or assisting in group activities
• Able to work flexible hours (after school, evenings, or weekends)
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain during training)

• Pay Rate: $15–$18/hour
• 10–20 hours per week
• Positions available seasonally or year-round
• Work at local parks, recreation centers, or community hubs
