Are you a detail-oriented teen who loves staying organized and helping others succeed? We’re hiring a Teen Crew Manager for our data entry team! This part-time role is perfect for someone aged 16–18 who’s ready to take on light leadership responsibilities while working from home.

As a Data Entry Crew Manager, you’ll assist with assigning tasks to your peers, checking accuracy, organizing team spreadsheets, and helping us deliver quality results. No management experience is needed — we’ll train you to lead!

• Enter and review basic data (lists, records, digital forms)
• Assign and track tasks for a small team of 3–5 teen data entry workers
• Ensure all data is accurate and deadlines are met
• Report weekly progress to a senior remote coordinator
• Help new hires understand basic tools and task flow

• Are between 16–18 and based in the U.S.
• Have strong attention to detail and basic tech skills
• Enjoy helping others stay organized
• Can follow instructions and lead with kindness
• Have access to a computer and reliable internet

• Pay Range: $16–$20/hour (based on performance)
• Weekly or bi-weekly direct deposit or PayPal
