Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Shuttle Bus Driver to transport passengers to and from designated locations in a timely and courteous manner. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, meeting people, and providing top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate shuttle buses along pre-assigned routes or as directed
- Assist passengers in boarding and exiting the vehicle
- Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle interior
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate trip logs and fuel records
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, passengers, and management
- Report any vehicle issues or delays promptly
- Adhere to all local traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger (P) endorsement
- Clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (preferred)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift luggage/items up to 50 lbs
- Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
