About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Health & Sales Cloud Architect to lead the design and development of Salesforce-based solutions within our healthcare ecosystem. This is a remote position offering the chance to work with cross-functional global teams to build cutting-edge CRM capabilities that drive patient engagement and healthcare service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Health Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, migrations, and upgrades
- Define data models, integrations, and system architecture for scalability and performance
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
- Ensure all solutions comply with data security, privacy, and healthcare regulations (HIPAA)
- Provide thought leadership on Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities
- Mentor junior Salesforce developers and admins
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of Salesforce experience including 2+ years in an architect role
- Proven experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Proficient in Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and data architecture
- Experience with healthcare-specific workflows, patient management, or payer/provider data
- Strong understanding of security best practices and healthcare compliance standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application/System Architect)
- Health Cloud Consultant Certification
- Experience with HL7/FHIR integration
- Middleware experience (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Community Cloud
