In this role, you will be instrumental in leading the development and execution of innovative benefit strategies for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of client-specific benefit strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative benefits solutions
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, offering expert advice and guidance on healthcare benefits
- Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to drive strategic insights
- Manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously while ensuring high-quality execution
- Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to drive improvements in benefit plans
- Lead presentations and workshops for both internal teams and clients
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in benefits strategy, healthcare consulting, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of healthcare benefits, insurance plans, and regulations
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and leading strategic projects
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with global teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience with data analytics and healthcare technologies
- Previous experience working with large, complex clients or organizations
- Expertise in employee well-being programs and wellness initiatives
