Surest is seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director, Surest Benefit Strategist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading the development and execution of innovative benefit strategies for our clients. You will leverage your expertise to shape the future of healthcare benefits, ensuring that our clients receive top-tier services and solutions. Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of client-specific benefit strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative benefits solutions
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, offering expert advice and guidance on healthcare benefits
  • Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to drive strategic insights
  • Manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously while ensuring high-quality execution
  • Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to drive improvements in benefit plans
  • Lead presentations and workshops for both internal teams and clients
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits strategy, healthcare consulting, or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare benefits, insurance plans, and regulations
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and leading strategic projects
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with global teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with data analytics and healthcare technologies
  • Previous experience working with large, complex clients or organizations
  • Expertise in employee well-being programs and wellness initiatives
