Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager (Post-Sales) to own strategic client relationships after onboarding and ensure long-term satisfaction and growth. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, drive engagement and retention, and identify expansion opportunities for enterprise clients—especially across the West Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow post-sale relationships with key enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders post-implementation
- Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, and support) to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Deliver regular performance reviews, product updates, and strategic business reviews (QBRs)
- Troubleshoot client concerns and coordinate issue resolution with appropriate teams
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Monitor usage data, customer feedback, and industry trends to recommend new services and solutions
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or enterprise sales (preferably in SaaS or technology)
- Proven track record of maintaining and growing high-value accounts
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach
- Familiarity with CRM and customer engagement tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple accounts
- Located in or willing to work in the Pacific Time Zone
Preferred:
- Experience working with enterprise clients in the healthcare, tech, or e-commerce industries
- Background in post-sales implementation or customer success strategy
