As a Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You’ll work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, process transactions, and maintain high standards of service excellence.

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, courteous manner
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in person, over the phone, and via email
• Process transactions, manage product returns, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area
• Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry and order processing
• Uphold company standards for customer service and communication

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic office software (Excel, Word, email, etc.)
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if required
