We’re currently looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Application Specialist to join our dynamic team and support enterprise-wide Oracle ERP initiatives.

Job Summary

The Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) Application Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting the Oracle EBS applications, with a focus on modules like Financials, SCM, and HRMS. This role requires deep functional and technical knowledge, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for Oracle EBS modules including but not limited to Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA), Supply Chain (INV, PO, OM), and HRMS.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and test Oracle EBS functionalities.
  • Manage enhancements, upgrades, and patches to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Create and maintain documentation for business processes, systems, and user support.
  • Develop custom reports and interfaces using PL/SQL and Oracle development tools.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to manage integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in a support or implementation capacity.
  • Functional expertise in core modules such as Financials, SCM, or HRMS.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle PL/SQL, workflows, and forms personalization.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12 required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Oracle EBS implementations or upgrades.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion/Cloud ERP is a plus.
  • Understanding of SOX compliance and change management practices.
  • Prior experience in a global or multi-site environment.
