The Experimentation Lead will oversee the design, execution, and analysis of experiments to optimize our product offerings and business strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of experimentation methodologies, data analysis, and the ability to influence business decisions with insights derived from experiments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business leaders, to lead experimentation initiatives that drive continuous improvement.

• Design Experiments: Lead the design of A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimental methods to assess business initiatives and product performance.
• Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with product, marketing, engineering, and data science teams to develop and prioritize experiments based on business objectives.
• Data Analysis: Analyze experiment results to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive business outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for optimization through data-driven experimentation and recommend changes to enhance the customer experience and product performance.
• Experimentation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive experimentation framework and methodology for the organization, ensuring experiments align with overall business goals.
• Reporting & Communication: Effectively communicate experiment results to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and implications for future strategies.
• Maintain Best Practices: Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to experimentation and data analysis, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of experimental strategies.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor junior members of the team, helping them develop their experimentation and analytical skills.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in experimentation, A/B testing, or data-driven product development.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL), and experience with experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, or similar).
• Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, draw meaningful conclusions, and present insights in a clear, understandable manner.
• Business Acumen: Solid understanding of how experiments can influence business decisions and drive revenue growth.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and ability to approach challenges creatively and strategically.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Advanced Tools: Familiarity with experimentation tools and platforms like Adobe Target, VWO, or others.
• Leadership Experience: Experience leading or managing teams and driving successful experimentation strategies.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or tech industries is a plus.
• Statistical Knowledge: Expertise in statistical methods and experimental design principles.
