Position Summary

The Vice President of Learning will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Usa Winzons’ global learning and development strategy. In this senior leadership role, you will create innovative learning initiatives to enhance employee skills, promote leadership development, and ensure that the organization remains competitive in the rapidly changing business landscape. Your expertise in learning strategies and ability to lead diverse teams will be crucial in shaping the future of our employees and company success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with Usa Winzons’ organizational goals and promotes continuous learning and growth.
  • Leadership Development: Develop and execute programs that cultivate leadership capabilities and create a culture of high performance within the organization.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to understand business needs and create tailored learning solutions that drive business success.
  • Learning Programs Management: Oversee the development and execution of eLearning programs, workshops, seminars, and other training initiatives to ensure a seamless employee learning experience.
  • Talent Development: Foster a learning environment that empowers employees to achieve their career goals and take ownership of their professional development.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of learning programs and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and cutting-edge learning technologies to enhance the effectiveness and engagement of learning programs.
  • Change Management: Lead the adoption of new learning technologies and strategies to ensure a modern, scalable learning environment.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in learning and development or talent management roles, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing learning teams, driving organizational learning, and influencing senior executives.
  • Program Design: Expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs, particularly in a virtual or hybrid environment.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and how learning and development initiatives impact organizational performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), eLearning tools, and other digital learning platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a senior role within a fast-paced, high-growth company.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale learning transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with data-driven learning strategies and the ability to utilize analytics to optimize learning outcomes.
  • Knowledge of organizational behavior, learning psychology, and adult learning principles.
