About the Role
We are hiring Spanish Bilingual Outbound Customer Service Representatives to support our dynamic, global customer base. In this project-based remote role, you will connect with Spanish-speaking customers to deliver exceptional service, provide product information, and ensure a positive experience throughout each interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to Spanish-speaking customers for surveys, follow-ups, and support
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
- Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions
- Build rapport and maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet quality assurance standards and call performance goals
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both verbal and written)
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and familiar with common customer service tools (e.g., CRM software)
