Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service, and we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager (Post-Sales) to strengthen client relationships, drive retention, and identify opportunities for growth across our West Coast customer base.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of high-value clients. You’ll be the bridge between our internal teams and the customer, ensuring a smooth post-sales journey by delivering tailored solutions, resolving challenges, and driving client satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market post-sale client relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations, QBRs, and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Sales Engineering teams
- Identify and execute opportunities for account expansion and renewals
- Use data and insights to inform customer conversations and increase engagement
- Maintain detailed records in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Advocate for customer needs internally and participate in roadmap discussions
- Develop deep product knowledge to educate clients and offer proactive solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in account management, customer success, or client services (preferably in SaaS or tech)
- Proven experience managing complex post-sales relationships across multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working remotely and independently with distributed teams
- West Coast time zone availability required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Totango)
- Background in enterprise software or SaaS environments
- Experience driving upsells and renewals in a metrics-driven environment
