Job Overview:
Usa Winzons is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of administrative and support operations. This is a key role responsible for managing back-end processes, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring operational efficiency. Candidates who are proactive, reliable, and strong in communication are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise back office staff and daily operations
- Manage data entry, document management, and admin support tasks
- Implement and optimize workflow processes for improved productivity
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and front-office teams
- Monitor work quality, address team queries, and conduct training sessions
- Generate regular reports and maintain accurate records
- Ensure company standards, timelines, and confidentiality are maintained
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Commerce)
- Prior experience in back office/admin operations is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and leadership qualities
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Freshers with leadership potential and strong computer skills may also apply
