Usa Winzons is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Excel Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. If you’re confident with spreadsheets, formulas, and love organizing data with precision, this is the perfect role for you. You’ll be responsible for handling structured data across projects and ensuring data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Organize and categorize information efficiently
- Use formulas, filters, and formatting tools to prepare data reports
- Perform data cleanup, analysis, and error checking
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all data tasks
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, filters, etc.)
- Experience with Google Sheets is a plus
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Prior data entry experience is preferred but not required
- Must have a computer/laptop and reliable internet connection
