Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (Travel RN)
• Annual Salary: $58 per hour
• Location: Greensboro, NC
• Job Type: Travel, Full-time

We are urgently seeking a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Telemetry to join our team at the Hospital. This role is crucial for providing high-quality care in our telemetry unit, managing a diverse patient population with varying medical needs.

Day-to-day Of The Role
• Provide direct nursing care in a medical-surgical setting with telemetry monitoring.
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Float as needed and participate in holiday and weekend rotations.

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
• Required certifications: BLS; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical-surgical and telemetry environment.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR systems.
• Ability to pass an EKG exam during onboarding.
• Must have a compact RN license and meet all health requirements (COVID-19 and Flu vaccines).
