Key Responsibilities
• * Accurately enter and update data into our company databases and systems.
• * Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
• * Review and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies.

• * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
• * Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• * Proficiency in using data entry software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• * Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• * Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• * Basic understanding of data entry principles and practices.
• Experience
• * Previous experience in data entry or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• * Experience working in a remote or work-from-home setting is an advantage.
