Job Description:

As a Senior HR Specialist at Bitcoin, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Your role will be crucial in ensuring effective HR practices and contributing to the overall success of our remote workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring for various positions.
  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluations and develop strategies for employee development and retention.
  • HR Policies: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and effective integration into the company.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
