Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Quality Assurance/Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, reviewing and processing customer orders submitted by our sales team. Your job will be to ensure every order is accurate and follows our company standards, while also making sure services are available and the customer is eligible for promotions. You’ll handle payment processing and help activate services or schedule installations. Key Responsibilities:
Order Review:
– Check customer orders for completeness and make sure everything adds up.
– If something’s missing or doesn’t seem right, you’ll flag it so it can be fixed.
Service Availability Verification:
– Make sure the services customers want are available in their area.
– If there’s an issue, you’ll document it and work with the team to resolve it.
Customer Needs Assessment:
– Look at what the customer needs based on their order and suggest the best service options
for them.
Credit Screening:
– Run credit checks to confirm the customer qualifies for services and any special promotions.
– Document results and apply any discounts or promotions accordingly.
Payment Processing:
– Handle payments for things like activation fees and other services, ensuring transactions go
through smoothly.
– Keep accurate records of all payments and financial transactions.
Service Activation/Scheduling:
– Activate services for customers right away if possible, or schedule installations that fit their
availability.
– Record all the important details of the activation or scheduling in our system.
Quality Assurance:
– Periodically review orders to make sure everything meets our internal standards.
– Share feedback and suggestions to help improve our processes over time.
