Job Description:

As a Pizza Delivery Professional, you will be responsible for delivering pizzas and other menu items to customers in a timely and courteous manner. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and with a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery: Deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers’ addresses in a timely and efficient manner.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being polite, professional, and responsive to customer needs.
• Order Accuracy: Verify orders before leaving the store to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Payment Handling: Collect payments and handle cash or credit transactions securely.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure your delivery vehicle is in good condition and adheres to company policies.
• Team Collaboration: Work with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle for deliveries (if applicable).
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior delivery or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
