Job Description:
As an Engineering Quality Control Specialist focusing on power transformers, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure our products meet stringent quality and reliability standards. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards for power transformers.
- Inspection and Testing: Conduct detailed inspections and tests on power transformers to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and quality control plans.
- Compliance: Ensure all products and processes comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work with engineering, manufacturing, and production teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Customer Satisfaction: Respond to customer quality complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control, particularly with power transformers or similar electrical products.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and practices.
- Proficiency with quality inspection tools and techniques.
