What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide administrative assistance to company executives and team members, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, responding to emails and inquiries in a professional manner
Assist in the creation, formatting, and editing of documents and reports using Microsoft Office suite
Accurately input and maintain data related to travel bookings and client profiles into database systems
Liaise with travel vendors to confirm reservations and resolve any issues that may arise
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the travel industry
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
Proficiency in using computer software and database systems, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
