We are seeking a Remote Information Clerk to join our Information Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information to internal and external stakeholders. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Research and gather information from various sources
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions
• Assist with data entry and data management tasks
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Experience:
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
• Experience working remotely is a plus
