We are looking for an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to contribute to our company’s data management initiatives while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our database systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately input a substantial volume of data from various sources into the company database.
• Ensure that all required information is entered correctly to facilitate timely processing of claims and applications.
• Enter customer and account data into designated fields within the company’s database software.
• Identify inaccuracies and implement appropriate quality control methods to rectify errors.
• Review data for inconsistencies and gather additional information to address incomplete documents.
• Notify relevant department leadership regarding any issues with data entry acceptance.
• Maintain a daily production log to ensure thorough documentation of all work performed.
• Execute other assigned responsibilities as needed.
Required Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.

Qualifications
